Yarmouth Road Runners enjoy Broome with a view

In the second of the three race series, 10 Yarmouth Road Runners took on the undulating Broome 10k route. Several of the same runners took part in the Humpty Dumpty 10k only three days before. Lorrain Dawson, Matthew Buckole, Paul Westgate, Ivan Lees, John Bone, Neil Sibley, Peter Spandler, Nigel Ball and Matthew Sutton all put in another great performance in the 10k distance.

Lorrain Dawson was the first lady in out of about 40 runners in the Hopton Seven near Diss. The route was all through countryside. Lorrain finished the seven miles in just over a hour.
