Yarmouth star Barry Radcliffe will be looking to add the 1300cc stock car East Anglian Championship to his long list of titles this Sunday (5.30) at Yarmouth Stadium.

Current world champion Radcliffe has already won the English crown at Eastbourne last Bank Holiday weekend finishing ahead of Ian Beaumont and Paul Anscombe.

Both should be in action and no doubt will be looking to end Radcliffe’s run of good results, writes GRAHAM UTTING.

There’s also a strong entry of national micro bangers including long-distance travellers Stuart and Glen Beevis from Hastings, Yarmouth regular action man Brad Hudson will no doubt be in the thick of things once again along with Craig “Damage” Watkinson, another driver who enjoys crashing more than racing and is one to watch come the destruction derby!

If it’s pure racing you want then the fast two-litre hotrods will certainly be worth watching.

With around 20 cars racing around the tight Caister Road oval expect some very close racing with possibly Potter Heigham’s Tommy Miller one to watch.

The rookie rods complete the line- up so there’s plenty of racing for everyone in a 13-race programme.
