In the final round of the Norfolk Junior League on Saturday Great Yarmouth Swimming Club finished second to UEA Norwich A 190 points Great Yarmouth 143, Dereham 142, Norwich Swan 131, UEA Norwich B 118, Little Fish 112.

Grace Leech came in with a first place Fly and a third in Breaststroke for the 9/u. In two close races Hannah Ingham just missed out on first places in the Backstroke and Freestyle. The boys fought hard for a win but had to be content with second and third for Scott Ribbons, Breaststroke and Fly, and two third places for Tommy Chandler Backstroke and Freestyle.

The 10/u girls continued their winning streak, dominating their races for Atlanta Jarvis to win the Freestyle and Breaststroke, and Honey Harvey the Backstroke and Fly. Sam Skuse stayed with the leaders in the Breaststroke and Fly, but just fell back at the end for two third places.

For 11/u girls Clarissa Burwood in a tough Breaststroke, came third with a fourth place for Tamzin Freeman Freestyle. Miles Houghton was again unlucky not to get a first place in Backstroke, but a new P.B saw second place. Joshua Ford found the going hard but finished fourth in Freestyle.

Lauren James continues to be on top form with a good win in the 12/u Breaststroke and a strong swim for second place in Fly. Joseph Windsor Freeman always amongst the first three battled to the end for his third place in Fly.
