The U11 girls found tough opposition with the best result coming from Lauren James, third in the breaststroke, although Amelia Driver had a personal best for her fifth place in the 50m backstroke.

The boys saw Oliver Tedstone come alive for his second place in the 50m breaststroke, a much-improved swim. Jake Honey swam his best yet for a third place in the freestyle.

Places in the first three were scarce for the U13 girls, but Isabel Postle was a clear winner with an excellent fly swim.

Adelaide Loveland finished fourth with a new pb in the 100m backstroke, and Laura Loveland in a close breaststroke race finished fifth.

The boys came out on top with first places for Isaac Kirby freestyle and breaststroke, Jack Utting backstroke and fly.

For the U13s, Kelly Pyewell continued her success with another fine win in the 100m breaststroke. Olivia Smith in the fly kept with the leaders all the way, but was just pushed into third place.

Ellie Holden fought hard in the backstroke but had to be content with fifth place.

The boys saw Daniel Henderson match Kelly in a breaststroke race he was never going to lose – a good win. Connor Webster, in his laid-back but determined style, just failed to catch the winner in the backstroke. Oliver Postle just missed the minute with 61 seconds for a third in the 100m freestyle.

The Open races saw Shanise Webster breaststroke, and Charlie Smith fly both get second places with Grace Hubbard following up with a third in the freestyle.

Daniel Smith, with fast backstroke turns and no inches to spare, had two fine wins backstroke and Fly.

James Applegate was back in the frame with a second place in the breaststroke. Lewis Farmer in what is always a highly competitive was unlucky to only come third in a good time of 58.14 in the 100m freestyle.
