The team played against other Norwich City Supporters Groups from around the country at the club's Colney training ground.
Managed by Doug Evans, who played for City from 1972 to 1980, they beat Midland Canaries 1 - 0 in the final with a Dave Newbury goal.
Yarmouth Yellows comfortably won the group stage beating Midland Canaries 2 - 1, Hampshire and Kent Canaries 6 - 1, Forces2Canaries 1 - 0, Posh Canaries 1 - 0 and drawing 0 - 0 with Northern and Capital Canaries.
Posh Canaries were the opponents in the semi-final with Josh Clark scoring the only goal in another 1 - 0 win.
Scorers were Dave Newbury 6, Neil Bowman 2, Josh Clark 2, Andy Clark 1 and Stephen Smith 1. The squad was completed by Dominic Rich in his first appearance since getting injured in the tournament last year and goalkeeper Paul Edwards.
