World silver medallist and British and Commonwealth Thaiboxing champion Jade Munro (13) successfully defended her NAK title, beating Nicole Huntingdon (Ipswich Millennium), winning the U50 kilo female category. Jade is now giving up her kickboxing to concentrate on boxing with the hugely successful Kingfisher Boxing Club.

Henry Andrews (13) fought superbly, winning his quarter-final and semi-finals in style losing his final to far more experienced Daniel McGowan (East Area Thai Bedford).

Nicky McHugh (8) was outstanding in his quarter-final but was surprisingly disqualified in his semi-final when he was well ahead of Ipswich's Tommy Purdy.

Tommy Bracken (7) beat Jack Purdy (Ipswich) in his quarter-final but lost in an excellent semi-final bout to Marshall Hunt (Red Pheonix) who eventually won their category.

Conor Judge (14) had won every round in his final with Londoner James Sutton, when he was disqualified for excessive power with only seconds to go in the last round.
