Harlee Wicks, five, also competed in the tots boys’ event. He was the youngest skater of the weekend, the first time he had competed in figures and free. Harlee received good marks for his figures for second place.

He performed his free event well, gaining him lots of support from the audience. He received bronze for his two-minute programme, gaining him a silver for combined.

In the minis girls’ event Dulcie Read and Stella Mavaroudis have both recently passed their elementary tests to enable them to compete in both figures and free.

Both skated well in a very difficult group. Dulcie was placed fourth and Stella fifth in the combined category.

Louisa Mavaroudis, who has also recently passed her elementary test, competed in the free event, performing a lovely programme for 12th.

Daisy Robinson has recently passed her elementary and prelim tests, allowing her to enter the Espoir free event. It was the first time she has competed at this standard and performed a solid performance for 12th.
