ONE hundred voices combine to present a gala summer concert on Friday, July 15, at 7.30pm in St Nicholas’ Church, Great Yarmouth.
The Chorus of St Cecilia, with musical director Matthew Hardy, are combining with the St Mary’s School Choir. This is the first time the two choirs have joined together in what promises to be a musical spectacular. Hannah Long, a former student of St Mary’s will be the guest soloist. Hannah has been studying in London at the Guildhall School of Music for six years and now sings in concerts in London and many places around the UK.
There will be popular classics as well as songs from the musicals, including The King and I, Fiddler on the Roof, The Sound of Music, The Merry Widow and many more.
