BEER enthusiasts will be able to enjoy 50 real ales from across the world during a 20-day festival at a Great Yarmouth pub.

The beers on offer at The Troll Cart, Regent Road, have been sourced from brewers in New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Finland, USA, Holland, Belgium and Germany, as well as across the UK.

The festival will feature award-winning ales, speciality, seasonal and fruit beers, together with beers brewed exclusively for the pub.

It will run until Monday, May 4 with all beers priced 1.79 a pint. With tipples entitled Bush Berry Porter, Yukon Lead Dog Ale, Silver Adder and Raspberry Fool there should be plenty to whet the appetite.

Customers will be able to sample any three of the real ales in special third-of-a-pint glasses for the price of a pint.

Pub manager Robin Mickelburgh said: “The majority of the beers on offer have not been available in the pub beforehand and I am looking forward to serving them.”

Tasting notes on all of the beers will be available.
