An exhibition will be held by the Great Yarmouth Guild of Artists and Craftsmen this August.
Held in the Exhibition Galleries at Great Yarmouth Central Libraries, the talent and skills of guild members will be shown off with around 150 works on display.
Paintings and crafts displayed offer a wide range of subjects, styles and mediums and most will be available to purchase.
The Guild currently has around 80 active members with a waiting list
for new applicants. Meetings are held monthly, where members offer work for appraisal and demonstrations and talks by visiting artists and craftspeople are given.
Each month one painting is chosen to hang in James Paget Hospital and since 2009 some members have been displaying work in the Guild Gallery in Victoria Arcade.
Members of the public are invited along to this year’s exhibition between 10am and 4pm from August 7 – 14.
