The launch by Debbie Ollie, assistant director of integrated services at Norfolk County Council, will take place at the Alderman Swindell Casstle, on Beresford Road, at 11am, and weekly group meetings, aimed at people aged 18 and over, will take place every Wednesday between 10am-3pm.
