A night of quality entertainment is promised at St George’s Theatre next month at a Charity Gala, featuring local talent.
Hosted by local comedy duo Hanton and Dean, most recently seen as the Ugly Sisters in the theatre’s pantomime Cinderella, and performances from Mrs Mopp (Mary Coleman), Miss Scarlett Black, a Blues Brothers tribute act, the cast of Strictly Theatre Co, St George’s Youth Theatre, singer Emma Holt, Nabjab Dance School and more acts to be confirmed to make it a true variety show.
Tickets for the March 12 night of entertainment are £10 and all proceeds will be going to the St George’s Theatre Charity Trust. All performers are appearing free, unlike some other performers who when people buy a theatre ticket, a big percentage goes to the artist.
The performance starts at 7.30pm.
