Cult show spins you back to Sixties
STAGE Door Youth Theatre will be performing the 1960s hit cult show A Slice of Saturday Night at the Pavilion Theatre, Gorleston for the second time tonight .

Director Sheila Pascall said: “The production, written by the Heather Brothers and produced in association with Samuel French Ltd. It's a musical pastiche that takes you spinning back to the swinging sixties to celebrate the eternal embarrassment of teen- age where hems were high and fringes low! Saturday night always meant the Club a Go-Go”
Special Guests include The Lazy Poker Blues Band and Chris Darnell playing a nightclub owner Eric “Rubber-legs” De Vene, who, according to Ms Pascall, would appear to be stuck in the Rock'n'Roll era of the 1950s
She added: “The music in the show features the years from 1962 onwards with the pre-eminence of the Beatles.
