CAISTER Lifeboat’s new boatshed will house a table top sale tomorrow and Sunday, hosted by the lifeboat crew. Table hire is �6 per day or �10 for both days. Refreshments and free car parking are available, and the sale will run from 10am to 3.30pm on both days, though stall-holders are advised to come an hour before to set up.

SHERINGHAM Shantymen will be at the Centurion in Caister on Saturday, March 12 to raise cash for EACH, the East Anglian Children’s Hospices charity. Tickets, �10, including a buffet, are available from The Centurion or Keith Hooker on 07768269473.

A CHARITY evening at the Cliff Hotel in Gorleston will help children in need of organ transplants. The fund-raiser has been organised by the parents of teenager Chloe Goodrum who underwent a kidney transplant as a child.

The show includes a performance from Everly Brothers tribute act For Everly and is raising cash for Evelina Children’s Hospital team.

Now aged 16, Great Yarmouth College student Chloe received a kidney from her dad Lee as a five-year-old.

Lee and wife Sharon are organising the event, which is taking place on the anniversary of Chloe’s transplant, March 25. Tickets, �3, are available from Sharon on 07928713388, The Cliff Hotel and Anglian Printers on Deneside, Yarmouth.

THE next Recorded Music Circle Concert is at Christchurch, Great Yarmouth on Monday (7.30pm). The evening will feature a wide selection of music from Mozart, Stravinsky, Bach, Handel and Debussy followed by music from Wagner’s operas. Admission is �2.

A NEW night at the Ocean Room for over-18s has been organised by Kelly Edwards with local DJs Joe Routledge and Mikey Phillips. Sophistifunk reportedly kicked off last Friday with a good crowd and a great atmosphere with the next night on March 4; admission �3 before 11pm/�5 after.

STOKESBY will be celebrating spring with an Easter Craft Fair at the village hall on Saturday, April 23, between 10am and 4pm. A range of craft will include candles,cushions, fabrics, quilts and paintings up for sale.

Teas, coffees cakes and other food will also be available. Free admission, all proceeds going to the village hall funds.

ACLE 1st Scouts have a fund-raising concert at South Walsham Village Hall on Saturday, March 19 7.30 for 8pm). Sutton Jazz Quartet and 9 out of 10 Cats will be performing Dance the Decades.

THE St James Resource Health and Resource Centre and The Family Den Caf� in Great Yarmouth have a fun/open day and craft fair tomorrow, from 10am-3pm. St John Ambulance and the Sea Cadets will be there all day, as well as a health advisor.

SOME Enchanted Evening – A Musical will be taking place at the Pavilion Theatre, Gorleston, between March 24 and 26. The musical features the highly acclaimed and popular concert choir The Chorus of St Cecilia, which has been presenting concerts for over 25 years.
