EXTEND seated exercise classes for the over 60's and less able people of all ages will be held at John Anderson Court, Clover Way, Bradwell on January 19, January 26 and February 2 and 9 from 1.45pm to 3.15pm.
The cost is �2 for the first class then for extra classes, �3 on the day or �2 paid in advance.
Classes are suitable for people in wheelchairs, however space is limited so phone to book a place first.
Active EXTEND classes will be held at Bracecamp Parish Hall in Yarmouth Road, Ormesby St Margaret, on January 20, 27 and February 3 and 10 Feb from 10.15am to 11.45am.
Seated EXTEND exercise classes will be held in the Mike Larwood room at Bracecamp Parish Hall on January 15, 22, 29 and in February on 5 and 12.
The cost is �2 for the first class then �3 on the day or �2 paid in advance.
