Norfolk Wildlife Trust has a practical task, Meadow Mania, for volunteers to take part in on Sunday, June 21, 10.30am to 2pm.
What better way to spend a sunny Sunday morning then in a beautiful meadow on the edge of Filby Broad? Join Eilish Rothney, Trinity Broads Warden, for a practical task session removing ragwort from the meadow. If you are staying until 2pm please bring a packed lunch. Meet at 10.30am at the Claypit Car Park, Thrigby Road, Filby, and the group will travel down to the meadow together.
Free, no need to book, no previous experience required, and all equipment provided. If you would like to talk to someone about this session, call Gemma Walker on 01603 598333.
