THE Great Yarmouth Classical Musical Circle presents a concert of recorded classical music on Monday, and afterwards will be held at Christchurch the second and fourth Monday of the month until June. On Monday the Music Circle will be presenting a concert of music by Shoshtakovich and then Kol Nidrel by Max Bruch. After a break for refreshments, the concert of recorded music will be Gerald Finzi's Eclogue for piano and strings and then Symphony No 4 by Henry Hadley. The concert starts at 7.30pm. The charge for guests is �2 for the evening and the annual subscription for the season is �20. For further information contact John Taylor or 01493 852747.
GREAT Yarmouth Choral Society's winter concert with conductor John Stephens is to take place at Christchurch on Saturday, January 31. The concert will include John Rutter's Requiem, Haydn's Tedeum and Vaughan Williams' Elizabethan Songs.
