?THE Stand Down Festival in aid of Help for Heroes tomorrow at The Ocean Room, Gorleston, has signed up a raft of bands.

Want for Destruction, Mastema, Monkey Spanner, Distant Sun, Sanctas Quay, BMC and Abbie Broom have all agreed to play for free in aid of Help for Heroes. Organisers hope the line-up spanning ska to heavy metal to folk to hip hop will attract a good crowd.

Several Royal Marines will be there in uniform supporting the event and collecting money for the charity.
