Bands playing across the borough
A BAND looking to bring back the glitz and razzmattazz of the 1970s are playing around the Great Yarmouth area in the coming months.
After going their separate ways in 2004 following more than a decade of lipstick and lace, Those Glam Rockers are back again, first playing in Acle and then in Gorleston.
Their first appearance will be from 8pm next Saturday at Amber Lodge, South Walsham Road in Acle, where money will be going to the East Anglian Air Ambulance Appeal.
And following that, they will be performing in the 200-capacity Gorleston Social Club on June 4.
Glam dress from the 70s is encouraged on the Gorleston night, and tickets for the June event can be bought from the Social Club, High Street, or by calling 01493 655899.
GUITAR duo Naked Truth will be playing original material tonight at The Albion in Gorleston. The pair, made up of singer songwriter Sean Clack and the guitar backing of the Graham John Stacey will kick off their performance from 9pm.
