A NINE-PIECE Pink Floyd tribute band are back by popular demand and will be playing at the Kingfisher Bar and Restaurant on Butt Lane in Burgh Castle. Covers band Breeze play the Magdalen Arms, Gorleston on Saturday from 8pm. The group performs a mix of country and western, pop, blues and rock.

Metal band Silver Strand play a gig at the Falstofe Arms Gorleston on Saturday night. Support comes from up and coming local band Sanctas Quay.

Melodic rockers Canine Feline play the Belle Vue, Gorleston on Friday at 9pm. The band is fronted by Rebecca Nudd-Valentine and consists of guitarist Ashley Holmes, Arron Clark (bass) and drummer Carl Blackett. Canine Feline are an originals band and are renowned for their adrenaline fuelled performances, the set will also feature covers from Muse, Michael Jackson and Christina Aguilera. Original rock band Sanctas Quay perform an acoustic gig at Cobholm Tavern on Friday at 9pm. It will be a chilled out evening of original music and covers from the up-and-coming local band.

Sunday sees the ever popular Wood and the Wire at the Albion in Gorleston. The purely acoustic event attracts singer/ songwriters, poets and musicians. The musical styles include Jazz, Folk, Punk, Rock and many more. The evening starts at 8pm and all are welcome, even if all you want to do is just listen.

Dress in true country style or just come as you are to see Out of the Ashes Band performing at Hopton on Sea Village Hall tomorrow, Saturday, for a Country Cowboy Bop. Dance or just listen to the band playing Country during the first set and then a second set of 60's rock 'n roll and pop.
