THE first Ranworth Beer Festival is being held this weekend with a selection of top tipples on tap.Taking place at the village hall today and tomorrow there is range of 21 real ales, mainly from East Anglia, with some from further afield and two ciders to sample.
THE first Ranworth Beer Festival is being held this weekend with a selection of top tipples on tap.
Taking place at the village hall today and tomorrow there is range of 21 real ales, mainly from East Anglia, with some from further afield and two ciders to sample.
A reasonably priced selection of snacks and soft drinks for drivers are also available.
The event is being held to raise funds for the refurbishment of the village hall, which is used by schools and community groups visiting the Norfolk Wildlife Trust centre and other attractions in Ranworth.
There will be musical entertainment with Carl Hembling tonight and the Pavillion Brass Quintet on Saturday evening.
? Opening times are Friday, 6-11pm and Saturday 12-3pm and 6-11pm.
