STRICTLY Come Dancing choreographer Matt Flint who triumphed in the BBC’s So You Think You Can Dance is hosting a masterclass at DPA, Gorleston.

Born in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, Matt began dancing at the age of 12 and after quickly discovering his passion he put all his focus into becoming as versatile a dancer as possible.

He went on to train for three years at Laine Theatre Arts and has since then danced internationally ranging from musicals and television to dance companies and feature films.

West End credits include Thoroughly Modern Millie, Guys and Dolls, High School Musical and Dirty Dancing.

Matt has also discovered a love for choreography. In the last year he has created stand-out routines for TV shows such as Let’s Dance For Comic Relief, So You Think You Can Dance US, and Strictly Come Dancing. Matt was also assistant to the choreographer in the casting process of Dirty Dancing in the West End. He teaches and choreographs for performing arts colleges around London and the UK including London Studio Centre, Tiffany Theatre College, D & B Performing Arts College and GAMTA.

He won series two of So You Think You Can Dance, becoming known for his dazzling tap routines.

The masterclass is on Saturday November 3 2.30-5pm. Prices are �22.50 or �18 if booked before Friday September 28.
