Great Yarmouth’s Hippodrome Circus takes a tumble into the freakish world of horror this week.

Acts ranging from the weird to the bizarre will share the spotlight tonight, March 2, and tomorrow night in a show that filled London’s O2 and stars The Ventriloquist - a demonic dummy that appeared on Britain’s Got Talent.

The show was conceived at the 1995 Glastonbury Festival, going on to achieve cult status.

It takes the audience on a whirlwind journey through decadent 1920s Berlin, featuring Dr Haze and his Vampire Vaudeville show, hair hanging beauties, twisted contortionists, flying aerialists, demon dwarfs, gyrating jugglers, voodoo warriors, pickled people and sword swallowers.
