ELITE local show jumper Portia Howard will be demonstrating her riding skills at a Great Yarmouth equestrian centre next week.
European championship silver medallist Portia, from Cantley, is holding a show jumping clinic at Humberstone Farm on Thursday.
The event is a chance for aspiring show jumpers to learn and develop new skills, whether riding their own horses or watching the action from the spectator area.
The equestrian centre opened almost a year ago and has recently been featured in a double page spread on the pages of Horse and Hound magazine.
Hosting show jumping, dressage and dog agility events it includes a floodlit indoor arena and outdoor warm up area.
Humberstone Farm Equestrian Centre is reached off the A12 next to Broadland-Great Yarmouth Rugby Club. The show jumping clinic starts at 4pm followed by a demonstration by Portia from 6pm.
