Local performer Carla Balls has achieved a place at Evolution Foundation College in September and a benefit concert is being organised to help her with the financial costs.

She is being helped by St George’s Theatre’s marketing manager Paul Irving, and together they are arranging a benefit concert on Friday, June 24.

The show will also showcase some of Norfolk’s finest talent from Triple T, Dance Pique, Nabjab, Frankie Browne, Elkie Morton, Billie Bedford to name but a few - talented people that have been in Carla’s life and how they have all pulled together to raise funds for her to go away for September.

Within the show there will be a massive raffle including big prizes donated from Yarmouth Stadium, Pavilion Theatre, St George’s, Boyne Boutique and others, as well as a bake sale.
