Charity fun day in Southtown

A FREE community fun event will go ahead in Southtown this weekend to raise money for the Help an East Coast Child charity.

The day of activities, information and advice is named Work, Rest and Play and will take place at the Kings Centre, Queen Anne's Road, this Saturday.

A FREE community fun event will go ahead in Southtown this weekend to raise money for the Help an East Coast Child charity.

The day of activities, information and advice is named Work, Rest and Play and will take place at the Kings Centre, Queen Anne's Road, this Saturday.

The day is for people of all ages, with children's activities, a visit from a fire engine, a barbecue and information about what's on in the area and training opportunities between 10am to 2pm.

The event was a first assignment the event management students who started the part-time course last year at UCS Great Yarmouth.
