THEATRE East is presenting three performances of the pantomime Cinderella on February 4 and 5 at Flegg High School in Martham. Shows are 7.30pm on the Friday and 2pm and 7.30pm on the Saturday. Tickets from Martham Post Office at £5 each, and concessions £4.50. On the door they will be an extra £1.
HEMSBY Harlequins present the pantomime Snow White in the village hall from Friday, January 28 to Sunday, January 30. Performances take place at 2pm and 7.30pm. An additional matinee show is taking place on the Saturday at 2pm. Tickets, £4, are available from Hemsby Spar Video Shop (Sparkles) and Hemsby Post Office.
AN evening of spiritual and reiki healing will be taking place on Wednesday at the Caister Youth and Community Centre.It will be a regular Wednesday event which starts at 7pm and is run by The SHED School (Spritual, Healing, Education, Development) who will have a group of professional healers available. There is no charge for the therapies although a donation is accepted. Free refreshments will be available.
There will also be a monthly demonstration at the centre of mediumship, the first of which is on Sunday, February 13 at 7pm. Tickets are £3.50. For more information call Sue Myhill/John Williams on 01493 781107.
THE Old St Margaret’s Restoration Project in Hopton is holding a charity race night in the new village hall on Saturday, February 26 at 7pm which will include buffet food and a raffle. Tickets are £8.50 from Val on 01502 730938 or Brian on 01502 735765.
MORE Extend exercise classes are to be held in the Great Yarmouth area.
At South Walsham Village Hall, an exercise class will be held from 2pm on Tuesday. Cost is £10 for four classes or £3 pay as you go. At Bracecamp Parish Hall, Ormesby St Margaret, there will be a class at 10am on Wednesday. Also, an Extend “seated” exercise to music class will be held at 10.30am on Thursday in the Community Room, St Mary’s Close, Hemsby. The cost is £2.50 and there will be a regular class to follow if numbers are sufficient.
A further class will be held in the Club Room, Main Road, Filby from 10.15am on Friday. The cost is £10 for four classes or £3 pay as you go.

An Israeli folk dance for beginners will be held at Bracecamp Parish Hall on January 26 from 7.45pm to 9.15pm, £3.50 or £2.50 concs.
THE Your Community Variety Show is taking place at St Paul’s Church Hall, Great Yarmouth tomorrow. Tickets, £4, are available from Ann on 07986 327183 or on the night. Doors open 7 for 7.30pm start. Proceeds go to Gorleston Community Choir.
YOUNG Parent and Baby swim sessions are being introduced at the Marina Centre in Great Yarmouth. They will run every Thursday at 11am and are designed for young parents up to the age of 19 with their babies/toddlers. They would normally cost £2.50 but the session on Thursday, January 20 will be free. Sessions are run by a fully qualified Swim Academy instructor and are 30 minutes long although you are welcome to stay in the pool following the session. THE Saturday Afternoon Concert and Gala Ball for senior citizens is free and is on February 12 at 2pm at Pontins in Pakefield. To reserve places phone Sara on 01502 532000 between 9am and 5pm by Monday, January 31. State the number in your party, indicating if transport is required.
A CONCERT of gospel music performed by the Norwich Young People’s Theatre Voices’choir will take place this evening at St Catherine’s church in Ludham at 7.30pm, and the young choir, conducted by Laura Cordiner, will be singing a varied programme. Tickets are £5, obtainable from Ludham Butchers, by phoning 01692 687682 or on the door on the night. There will be refreshments.
