THE Jonathan Wyatt Big Band returns to the Pavilion Theatre, Gorleston, on Saturday, June 25 (7.30pm) playing the music of the Forties. Organisers say the show promises to be an event not to be missed, when the band will be performing classics such as Little Brown Jug, In The Mood, Pennsylvania 65000 along with Don’t Sit Under The Apple Tree – to name but a few.

This is the 24th year of The Jonathan Wyatt Big Band and this year special guests The Moonglow Sisters returning to perform. This is the second time that this female vocal trio will be appearing with the band singing arrangements in the style of the Andrew’s Sisters.

Lindsey, Julie and Victoria are experienced performers in their own right and have come together to produce this authentic sounding vocal group. The girls said: “We are looking forward to singing once again with the Jonathan Wyatt Big Band. Our debut performance earlier this year was a huge success and this venue has a lovely atmosphere.”

“At every performance we aim to introduce some new arrangements to the audience and this concert will be no exception.” Tickets are £12.50.

The Summer Season Spectacular continues every Tuesday and Wednesday evening (7.45pm). It is billed as “the longest running summer season offering two hours of top quality family entertainment with a full cast of singers, dancers, comedian and production numbers in a relaxed and friendly environment.” There is cabaret-style seating and drinks service throughout the performance.

Tonight, audiences can enjoy Rock Around the 60s at 7.30pm - a new show that, says promoters, is bound to be a real musical winner.

On Saturday, June 11 (7.30pm) The Tigerlilys Showgirl Tour comes to the stage with the talented duo’s latest all-singing, all-dancing live production show.

This is described as: “A visually stunning show with glamorous showgirl and latino dancers, spectacular costumes and soaring vocals from The Tigerlilys.”

Tickets are £12 and £10. To book for any of the shows call 01493 662832.
