SELF-styled “Guitar Man” Richard Coates will be performing his own take on the William Tell Overture at the Café Nova in Great Yarmouth on Tuesday. He will also be performing a version of Bach's Toccata and Fugue as well as classical rock from the 1920s and 40s.

Singer songwriter Paul Davis returns to the Eastern Beach, Caister on Sunday. The gig will include lots of new songs that Paul has been busy rehearsing over the winter months. Sets are kept fresh with new material, so regulars at gigs get something different from each performance. The gig, from 5pm to late, also features a special female guest singer.
Fans of soul have got the chance to boogie down to a retro disco at the Greengate Inn in Caister tonight (Friday) at 8pm. The event will feature Northern, 60s and 70s soul with a touch of blues and jazz, with DJ Gooner. The disco will finish at 1am.
A charity line dance is taking place at Seacroft holiday village, Hemsby today at 7.30pm. The evening will be raising money for the Haiti Disaster Relief Fund, and tickets will cost £4 in advance, £5 on the door and £2 for non dancers. Great Yarmouth Choral Society is offering “early bird” tickets to concert goers who wish to save clashes in their diaries - and money. The summer concert on Saturday June 19 in St Nicholas Parish Church is Faure's Requiem and Cantique de Jean Racine and Vivaldi's Gloria. Broadland Circle Dance group will be meeting in the Mike Larwood room at Bracecamp Parish Hall in Ormesby St Margaret on March 24. The session will be between 7.45pm and 9.15pm on March 24 in aid of FAITH animal rescue. Cost is £2.50 to £3.50.
