Stuart Townend, one of the best known of modern hymn writers, is coming to St Andrew’s Church, Gorleston as part of his spring concert tour next month.

His worship songs In Christ Alone, How deep the Father’s Love for Us and Beautiful Saviour are regularly sung in churches in the UK and around the world.

He will bring his Evening with Stuart Towend to Gorleston on Friday, March 31 at 7.30pm.

He has appeared regularly on BBC’s Songs of Praise, describing his songs as “a distinctive style of acoustic folk which sets his music apart.” As well as composing he is also an accomplished producer and arranger. He also teaches and trains other musicians who serve in local church worship.

Tickets for An Evening with Stuart Townend are £12.50 and available by cash from St Andrew’s Church office, Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm (not Wednesday) or online at
