Music Run: Gospel choir appeal

EACH year at the Marina Centre in Great Yarmouth, a group of people provide Christmas dinner, entertainment and company for anyone who would otherwise spend Christmas Day alone – usually over 200 people, mainly elderly and homeless.

This year members of the Joyous Praise Rockin’ Gospel Choir will be part of the entertainment – but they need more singers. Anyone willing to go and sing on Christmas Day between 2-3pm, and are able to rehearse on Fridays from 7.30-8.30pm at Caister Methodist Church, Beach Road, Caister, in November/December,would be welcome. No experience is needed – just enthusiasm.
