The National Gallery, working with Great Yarmouth Community Trust, has again chosen to offer outreach workshops at The Priory Centre in Great Yarmouth.

The National Gallery, working with Great Yarmouth Community Trust, has again chosen to offer outreach workshops at The Priory Centre in Great Yarmouth. The artist, Marc Woodhead, will lead four workshops on the Wednesdays during April and May on what is sacred. Places are limited to 12 and those applying to be part of this opportunity must be over 50 and have a long term medical condition. Adult education are offering an Health and Safety in the Workplace L2 CIEH Course on Monday, March 22, 10am to 4pm, at Great Yarmouth Library. Fee £45 (£25 if in receipt of qualifying benefits). To enrol please call 0344 800 8002, quoting CB179E9L.

New yoga classes are starting at The Casstle, Alderman Swindell School in Great Yarmouth on Wednesday nights.

Instructor Amy Paul is leading classes in vinyasa flow/ashtanga (Dynamic style yoga) some experience recommended, 6.30pm and Yoga and Relaxation 7.30pm for all levels. The first sessions are free - for more information contact Amy on 07814528389 or email aimless_amos@yahoo.com.
