Theatre director to give library talk

Debbie Thompson, the director of both St George’s Theatre in Great Yarmouth and Sheringham Little Theatre, will be sharing stories of her life both on and off stage when she gives a talk at Gorleston Library on Tuesday, June 26 at 2pm.

It’s the latest event organised by Gorleston Library Friends and Debbie will be introduced by former BBC Radio Norfolk broadcaster Tony Mallion.

As well as talking about her life in the theatre Debbie will also outline the new summer programme for St George’s which will include a variety show and sharing two of the Sheringham Summer Rep season plays.

Last year Debbie took on the additional role of Theatre Director at St George’s Theatre in Great Yarmouth.

Tickets on the door at £3. Refreshments available.
