Zumba comes to Yarmouth

Zumba has come to Great Yarmouth.

Billed as Latin dance fitness but with fun and a party atmosphere, anyone aged 15 and over can join in, wearing comfortable clothes and trainers, preferably ones with not too much grip.

Zumba has come to Great Yarmouth.

Billed as Latin dance fitness but with fun and a party atmosphere, anyone aged 15 and over can join in, wearing comfortable clothes and trainers, preferably ones with not too much grip.

Classes are said to promote weight loss and are taken by the only registered instructor in the area.

Sessions start soon at Cliff Park High school on Monday between 7.30pm and 8.30pm and next Saturday, March 27 between 2pm-3pm and at Cobholm Community Centre, on March 30 - 10am-11am.
